Why We Built This Site
Denton County does not offer one public search that covers every active warrant. The Sheriff's Office can route a law-enforcement inquiry, but it does not publish a complete public name-search roster. A court controls its own docket: the District Clerk handles felony district records, the County Clerk maintains misdemeanor matters, and the six Justice of the Peace precincts keep separate case systems. City municipal courts are separate again. Texas's TCIC and NCIC systems are restricted law-enforcement tools, while the DPS FTA/FTP program concerns compliance and license renewal rather than a public warrant lookup. The practical challenge is identifying the office named on the ticket or court notice before searching.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Texas court, sheriff's office, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results, and their data is not an official warrant check.
